At The Required Co., we’re committed to ensuring a seamless shopping experience from order to delivery.
- Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We offer two shipping options within Australia:
- Standard Shipping (3–6 business days) – FREE
- Express Shipping (1–4 business days) – $14.95 AUD
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, and you’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s on the way.

We ship worldwide to select countries for a flat rate of $14.95 AUD.
Estimated delivery: 6–27 business days, depending on your location and customs clearance.

Returns and Refunds
1. Returns for Change of Mind
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, full-priced items or items purchased with discount codes not items on sale, can be returned for an exchange only. We do not offer refunds for change of mind returns.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We will provide a shipping label, which you will need to pay for. Alternatively, you can use your own courier to return the item.
- Please note that we are not responsible for any lost parcels if you choose your own courier.
- Processing time for returns is up to 7 working days after receiving the parcel.
2. Exchanging Sizes
- To exchange an item for a different size, please contact us directly via email at info@therequiredco.com to initiate the exchange. If the desired size is not in stock, we cannot process the exchange.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we will provide a shipping label that you will need to pay for, or you can choose your own courier.
- We are not liable for any lost items if you use your own courier.
- Processing time for exchanges is up to 7 working days after receiving the parcel.
3. Reporting Faulty Items
- While we maintain strict quality control, occasionally, a faulty item may slip through. If you receive a faulty product, please contact us at info@therequiredco.com to discuss the issue.
- Faulty items can be exchanged or fully refunded to your original payment method. We will provide a shipping label and cover any return shipping costs.
- Refunds can take up to two weeks to process due to payment provider timelines.
- Processing time for faulty items is up to 7 working days after receipt.
4. Incorrect Items Received
- If you receive the wrong item, please contact us at info@therequiredco.com to notify us of the issue.
- We will provide a shipping label and cover any shipping costs incurred for the return.
- Refunds can take up to two weeks to process due to payment provider timelines.
- Processing time for wrong items is up to 7 working days after receipt.
5. Return Process for Australian Customers
- To return an item, please contact us via email at info@therequiredco.com to initiate the return.
- We will provide you with a shipping label via email once the return is confirmed. You will need to pay for the label.
- Print the label and apply it securely to the package, covering the original shipping label if possible.
- Drop off the package at your local post office.
- Once we receive your return and the items pass inspection, we will process your store credit, refund, or exchange. You will receive a confirmation email once this is done.
